I ran into a situation that I was not sure how to handle. It is not a typical service offered by Frontline. I had a dead animal under my shed and wasn’t sure how to get it, dispose of it and treat the area once it was gone. I called the County, no help there. I tried a web search and found Critter Control, their website stated they dealt with such cases, but when I called they said they did not offer that service. I called Frontline in hopes they may have knowledge of somebody who offered this type of removal service. When Jake called me back, he suggested Critter Control and when I told him what I experienced, he was surprised as well.
Jake, sensing my frustration, offered to take care of the problem. We negotiated a more than fair price. He came over at me after work, extending his work day, and took care of the issue, quickly and thoroughly. He was courteous and professional and is truly an asset to Frontline. I have owned several homes and have bounced around pest control companies but now I can say I have found a keeper.
